Upload the PO PDFs downloaded from PLM, choose the buffer date, and download corrected POs for the factory. The Shipment Date on page 1, the ETD in the agent notes and the Shipment Date in every style/colour block are all rewritten in the PO's own font.

Each PO you add copies this setting. You can then change any PO on its own card; changing this default never alters POs already in the list.

Finds every dateReads the PO text, detects the current shipment date (matched against the ETD line) and lists all places it appears, including each style and colour block.
Keeps the original fontReplaces the characters inside the PDF using the Arial Bold already embedded in the PO, at the same size and alignment. The old date is removed, not hidden under a box.
Nothing else movesBorders, Last Mod Date, Ship Via and all other fields stay as they were. If a character is missing from the PO's font, the row is flagged and Helvetica is used for that field.
